Central air conditioning cooling water cleaning is according to the cleaning process of sterilization and algae cleaning -> cleaning detergent cleaning -> pre-film -> cleaning after cleaning. This solution needs to be cleaned in the shutdown state for about 8 days, and the scale removal rate is more than 95%. Central air conditioning maintenance cleaning procedures: water flushing - sterilization and algae cleaning - cleaning agent descaling cleaning - cleaning after washing - pre-film - cleaning after cleaning.

The purpose of water flushing is to use a large flow of water as far as possible to wash off the dust, silt, algae and corrosion in the system loose dirt, while checking the leakage of the system. The flow rate of the flushing water should be greater than 0.15m/s, and the flushing water in the system should be exhausted after the flushing is qualified.

The purpose of sterilization and algal cleaning is to kill microorganisms in the system and make the biological mud attached to the surface of the equipment peel away. After the flushing water is drained, the system is cleaned by adding bactericide and algicide. When the turbidity of the system tends to balance, the cleaning is stopped.

The purpose of cleaning liquid cleaning is to use cleaning agent to dissolve the scale and oxide in the system and then dissolve in water to wash away. The cleaning agent is added to the central air conditioning system and cleaned by circulating pump and drained at the high point and the low point to avoid air blockage and guiding shower blockage, affecting the cleaning effect. When cleaning, the cleaning solution concentration, metal ion (Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+) concentration, temperature, PH value, etc., should be regularly detected, and the cleaning should be ended when the metal ion concentration tends to be gentle.

The water flushing is to wash away the residual cleaning liquid and the impurities removed during cleaning, flushing is to constantly open the shower to make the impurities deposited in the short pipe, the residual liquid washed away. Flushing is to constantly test PH value and turbidity, and to end the flushing when PH value and turbidity tend to flatten out.

The purpose of the pre-film is to form a complete corrosion-resistant protective film on the metal surface or the damaged metal surface after cleaning in an active state.

Cooler, evaporator clean

After the end of cleaning, the cooler of the host should be opened with the evaporator cooler with a special tube by tube pull through the washing, because the water circulation system of the cooler is exposed to the atmosphere and the heat exchange temperature is high, so the scale situation of the cooler will be more serious than other places, if necessary, the cooler should be cleaned and descaled separately with an open external circulation system. Ensure that every copper pipe in the design and installation cooler in the clean workshop is smooth. Flush the evaporator with high pressure water, thoroughly wash away the precipitated impurities in the evaporator, and clean the evaporator's separate external circulation system if necessary.

Cooling tower cleaning

Because the cooling tower is exposed to the atmosphere, there will be a lot of sediment, algae, etc. attached to the surface of the cooling tower packing during the operation, and if it is not cleaned up, these dirt will be washed into the cooler in the future operation, resulting in the blockage of the heat exchange copper pipe in the cooler, affecting the heat exchange effect, so the cooling tower must be thoroughly cleaned.
