First, the compressor drum is not sealed


Phenomenon: heavy phase does not water, boot light phase does not produce oil and does not water; Feed current increases; Water and oil are discharged from the slaghole.


Cause: The solenoid valve is faulty or the water hole is blocked.


Check method: unload drum, cut off motor power, start PLC programming, make PLC run for a week, see whether sealing water and slag water discharge normally.

Second, the centrifuge does not discharge slag


(1) First check the operating waterway: whether the water hole is blocked, whether the solenoid valve is faulty.


(2) Mechanical reasons:


A. Whether the assembly is normal.


b. Whether the nylon sealing ring on the drum cover is damaged or whether there are impurities on it


c. Whether the 0 sealing ring on the small piston is damaged, deformed, and whether the nylon valve core is damaged.



Three, water does not produce oil


Process reasons:


a, the acid price is too high, resulting in too much alkali, soap foot blocked centripetal pump.


b, the oil flow is too large.


c, gross oil solid impurities too much. Treatment method: reduce the oil inlet flow; Double deacidification; Gross oil filtration reduces solid impurities.



Four, the oil is not out of the soap foot (light phase is not separated)


Phenomenon: The soap is not out of the machine, and the soap foot enters the washing centrifuge.


Kunshan central air conditioning installation treatment method: reduce output, increase separation temperature; Remove the centrifuge cleaning disc, or filter the crude oil and then remove the acid.


Note: If the separation of soap is not normal, it is strictly prohibited to enter the next process to avoid the soap foot blocking the washing centrifuge.




Fifth, the sound is abnormal, the noise is large, the seismic crack is high


Reason: the last shutdown, the residue is not completely discharged; Internal friction in the machine.


Treatment method: Stop more than a few rows of slag, should be disassembled and cleaned after stopping; Check and replace transverse bearing; Check whether the vertical shaft spring is worn; Adjust drum height.




Six, slag running oil


Reason: the operating water pressure is too high; Slagging time is too long; Gross oil is of poor quality.


Treatment method: Adjust the operating water pressure to 0.2-0.25, shorten the slag discharge time.


Note: The number of slagging should be increased and the slagging time should be extended as far as possible, but the extended slagging time should be limited to no oil running.



Seven, washing centrifuge grease incubation


Reason: improper adjustment of process parameters such as temperature; Improper operation.


Treatment method: adjust the oil temperature and water temperature; When refueling, the oil must be stable before heating water washing.




Eight, disorderly discharge of slag


Phenomenon; Before the slagging time is reached, the slagging is discharged, and the continuous row is several times, the oil is run, and the current is increased at the same time.


Cause: The operation water inlet hole is blocked by sludge and impurities, and the sealing water enters the slag discharge water.


Treatment method; Check the solenoid valve and clean the water inlet.
