The power cord does not meet the specifications and the equipment is prone to leakage and fire, endangering the personal safety of users.

Inspection method: Request equipment personnel to test the power supply with relevant power detection tools.

3. Leakage of fluorine

If the joint of the air conditioner is not tightened, cracked, etc., there will be a phenomenon of fluorine leakage. If the air conditioner leaks fluorine, then the user must often make up for it, and the normal use of the central air conditioner does not need to add refrigerant for a few years.

Inspection method: Refrigerant leakage should be checked before testing the machine. The leak detection is important for the four interfaces of the receiving channel of the internal and external unit of the household central air conditioner and the valve port of the stop valve. Soapy water (can also use dishwashing liquid) leak detection is one of the rare methods used on the site, the split air conditioner valve 10 ~ 15 seconds (cabinet machine 20 ~ 30 seconds) after closing the valve, the local system soon filled with gaseous refrigerant greater than 0.8Mpa air pressure. Apply soapy water to suspected leaks, if there are bubbles, there is leakage, and no bubbles appear in 3 minutes of inspection, you can be considered to pass.

4. Noise

The air conditioning operation of the household center will recover a certain musical tone, but if the musical tone is too large, it can be composed of improper equipment. In the equipment when the inner machine wall panel is not nailed, the inner machine is not fixed dead, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of excessive music.

Inspection method: In this case, the equipment personnel can easily create and correct the problem by testing the machine.

5. Equipment location

The location of the central air conditioning equipment also has a lot of attention, not where the user likes to install it, otherwise it will cause maintenance trouble and poor refrigeration results, and other results such as the indoor unit single request fuselage 1.7 to 2.2 meters from the ground, the air outlet of the inner unit can not have a stop within 60 centimeters. At the same time, there are also requests for outdoor units, indoor center outdoor units should try to avoid heavy smoke, wind and sand, direct sunlight, poor heat dissipation or low temperature heat source center, but also to avoid flammable gas leakage, violent corrosive gas, artificial strong electricity or magnetic field direct effect and other hidden dangers, but also to prevent higher than the windowsill; The equipment bracket should have an operating space for flat equipment installation and maintenance.
