How to detect the number of dust particles in the clean room of the clean workshop

Different levels of clean workshops have different amounts of dust particles as shown in the figure:

It can be seen that the higher the cleanliness level of the clean workshop, the smaller the dust particles in the space.


The instrument used for sampling is the dust particle detector, and the detector specifications are 28.3L, 50L, 100L, etc


The difference in volume capacity represents the difference in space size for each detection.


So how do we sample it?!


1. First of all, it is necessary to confirm the location and frequency of sampling in order to accurately determine the accuracy of the data. In the detection of various clean rooms or clean areas, the number of sampling points should not be less than 2, the total sampling times of colleagues should not be less than 5 times, and the height of the instrument dust suction inlet should be about 1.5 meters (appropriate adjustment can be made).

The layout of sampling points should strive to be average to avoid the partial area of sampling points being too sparse.


2. How to read the data detected by the instrument

According to the ISO14644 purification standard table, if you look at the level, ISO 5 is 100, ISO6 is 1000, ISO7 is 10,000.

1 cubic meter =1000L (metric), 1000L/2.83L=352 pieces; 1000L/28.3L=35.2 PCS; 1000L/50L=20; 1000L/100L=10.

If 2.83L instrument testing, the result needs to *352, such as 0.5UM detection is 17, that is 17*352=5984, compared with ISO 14644 international purification standards, is a thousand (ISO5, 0.5UM: 3520; ISO6,0.5UM:35200).

If the 28.3L instrument is used, the result needs to be *35.2;

If using 50L instrument detection, the result needs *20;

If tested with 100L instrument, the result needs *10.
