Reasonable installation of equipment has a great impact on the use and future maintenance, the following installation specifications can prevent unnecessary trouble in the future.

1. The air conditioner host must be installed in a position that is convenient for maintenance and does not affect its functions, especially heat dissipation. If there are multiple hosts in the equipment room, all the hosts must be in the same direction as the operation surface.

2. The frame of the end equipment is made of channel steel, and the specification of channel steel is determined according to the weight of the equipment but cannot be less than No. 10 channel steel;

3. The installation position of the fan coil is 150mm away from the wall, 200mm away from the window, and 300mm away from the wall with a pipeline behind it (the size after reducing the return bellows). If the size on the ceiling is large enough, the coil can be installed horizontally with the air pipe. If the space height on the ceiling is not enough, the coil should be installed on the floor as far as possible (it must leave enough drainage height).

4. The number of air conditioning host and fan coil must be copied correctly, and the random data is well preserved;

5. Do not damage the equipment during handling and installation, especially the paint, fins of the main engine shell and the condensate disk, shell and impeller of the fan coil;

6. The junction box of the fan coil, the condensate pipe interface, and the inlet and outlet water interface must be in the same direction to facilitate future maintenance; If the fan coil is connected to the return air pipe, the motor must be disassembled when the inspection hole is opened in the lower part of the return air pipe for convenient maintenance.

7. The installation position of the equipment should be correct, and it should be installed smoothly;

8. Coil and hoisting support hanger screw can not be less than 8mm;

9. Electric two-way valves or proportional integral valves must be installed on the outlet pipes of all end devices;

10. All equipment must be equipped with soft connection shock absorber;

11. The base of the equipment must be pre-padded with shock absorbing rubber plate or shock absorber;

12. A galvanized flat iron grounding wire must be welded to the base of the equipment. For example, in the equipment room, all the hosts, water pumps, and power distribution cabinets must be connected with the lightning grounding wire and connected with galvanized flat iron (electrical construction code requirements).
