1. Central air conditioning equipment method

2, refrigerant copper pipe equipment

a: All welding points should be welded at the connection of copper pipe and split pipe, there is no copper pipe and copper pipe welding.

b: During the welding process, it is necessary to inject nitrogen into the copper pipe (nitrogen filling welding process), which makes there is no air inside the copper pipe to prevent the welding and the inner wall of the carbon, which will enter the compressor during the formal operation and cause problems.

c: After welding, the pipe should be blown with high-pressure nitrogen, and the copper pipe should be clean.

3. Fill with nitrogen to maintain pressure.

This is the necessary pressure test for the copper pipe after the welding is completed, and the copper pipe is filled with a certain pressure of nitrogen to maintain the pressure. The general pressure test time is 24 hours. Special requirements note: The use of R410 refrigerant, it is necessary to adhere to the internal pressure of 40 kg, R22 refrigerant is required to adhere to the internal pressure of 20 kg. Nitrogen is an inert gas, the coefficient of expansion is small, there is simply no pressure change due to thermal expansion and contraction. If the pressure gauge drops during the inspection process, you should check whether there is a problem with the refrigerant pipe welding.

4, condensate pipe equipment.

After the condensate pipe is connected from the inner machine to the outdoor or floor drain, adhere to at least >1% slope. The equipment with higher quality is connected from the indoor unit, landed nearby, and connected to the outdoor or floor drain together with other condensate pipes at the end.

5. It is necessary for the external machine to have no shelter in the air outlet of the external mechanical fan at 50 parts, and all landing feet must be equipped with shock absorbing pads to ensure the normal operation of the external machine

6 After the equipment is finished, the refrigerant tube should be vacuumed before filling the refrigerant, the air in the tube should be pumped out, and the tube should be dry and without moisture, otherwise the air and water will mix with the refrigerant to produce ice crystals, which will seriously cause equipment damage.

7, tuyere measurement equipment. Return air outlet: family central air conditioning generally will return air outlet and access port equipment together, the size of the air outlet must be in line with the internal machine return air outlet, can not appear dislocation, so that you can reach the best return air volume; And make sure there is enough room for repair.

8. Air outlet. The outlet must not be installed near the lamp belt (reason: if there is a lamp belt before the outlet, it will constitute the air conditioner to block the air when heating, and the hot air is upward, making the hot air trapped in the upper part of the room, so that the entire activity space feels the lack of heat, and it takes a long time to have a thermal feeling).


Second, central air conditioning equipment precautions

1. The hot air discharged from the outdoor unit of the central air conditioner should not affect neighbors.

2. If there are strong heat sources and other equipment exhaust ports around the orientation of the central air conditioning equipment, the steam and the incinerable gas should be adjusted in time;

3, the outdoor unit should be the equipment in the direction of outstanding ventilation, if there is a short circuit of air, the equipment should adopt measures to deal with;

4, as far as possible to eliminate side delivery side back, the return air pipe is prohibited through the bathroom, kitchen room; The position of the inner engine is closest to the outer engine;

5, when planning, try to consider the kitchen room, but the kitchen room can not be set up air conditioning (consider the corrosion of kitchen smoke on the equipment, etc.);

6, try to prevent the selection of high static pressure machine. When planning, the air duct should be as short as possible, and the width of the return air duct should not be too small;
